MINIMUM ORDER: bollardsleeve.com has no minimum order value.  We welcome all orders whether large or small.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without written notification. Specific quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless revoked in writing by bollardsleeve.com.

TERMS:  Net 15 days of the order date for those in good standing.  Orders received from accounts with delinquent items will automatically be held, pending payment of prior balances.  Past due accounts will be charged interest of 1.5% per month.

SHIPPING:  We ship local, national and internationally.  All shipments are F.O.B. shipping U.P.S. and freight charges are added to the order.  Customers can select a specific carrier to ship their order; otherwise, all orders will be shipped best way prepay & add.  We Can also ship collect or third party billing, if specified. There is a $50.00 charge for all rush orders.

CLAIMS:  Material must be examined, and claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within 30 days or receipt.  Unauthorized field labor charges will not be honored.

COMPANY STANDARDS:  All products meet OSHA (Occupational Safety Health Association) standards as well as ANSI (American National Standard Institute).

RETURNS:  All returns must be authorized and shipped freight prepaid no exceptions.  A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from our sales department before a product can be returned.  This number must appear on all returned packages.  Material will be examined upon receipt and is subject to a 15% restocking charge.  Also, all shipments refused by consignee will be subject to restocking charges and related freight costs incurred.

SHIPPING DATES:  All orders are acknowledged with an "estimated shipping date" based on current production schedules.  It is not a guaranteed commitment to ship on that date, and we accept no liability for unavoidable delays.
